Initiate a Return Request

Log in to your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option for the specific item to generate a Case ID.

Prepare Your Gear

Pack the product in its original factory packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

Refund Processing

Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our service center, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
